Check in at the door.
One QR at the entrance. Guests open it in the browser, answer ten quick questions and three things people can ask them about, and get a 4×4 card dealt from the room itself. No app store, no account.

Find someone who…
Every square is someone in the room: still has CDs, picked Brandy over Monica. Four squares just say ASK, and anyone fits if you ask them. The questions and the squares are yours to change: start from our deck or write your own for your crowd. Built-in openers help the quiet ones. Found a match? Tap the square.

Scan them to lock it in.
A quick scan of their QR fills the square on both cards, a point each. Then keep talking: up to three questions, multiple choice or write it down, for half a point each. Every meeting counts toward Connector of the Night, square or not.

A score that adds up
A point for every square filled, a point for every conversation that answers a question, half a point for every question after. A live leaderboard and the top two winners give the evening a shape.

Do guests need to download anything?+
No. gathr runs in the phone's browser. One QR code at the door and everyone is in. The camera asks for permission once.
How many people can play at once?+
Twenty to a couple hundred works best. Cards are dealt per guest from what the room answered, so a bigger room just means more matches.
Can we customize the questions and the bingo squares?+
Yes, all of it. Every door question and every square can be reworded, switched off, or replaced with your own from the host dashboard, and the opener cards too. Use our deck as a starting point or write a full set for your audience; we will help you tune it before the event.
What do we get afterwards?+
A host dashboard with every connection made, contact details shared, the leaderboard, the door answers, and the notes people wrote down about each other, all exportable as a CSV. Contact details are shared one person at a time and stay private otherwise.
